*Addition to "Funny Things Students Say"

The word for his/hers/your is the same in Spanish. 

For this reason, my students tell me things like....

"She is doing the laundry for your boyfriend."
"She is at your house, cooking dinner." 
"I made a cake for the birthday of your mom."
